Today I felt like a missionary...

I mean, who else makes their own powdered sugar?

It was actually ridiculously simple, it just took time and dirtied more dishes (and was an extra step to add in to the dessert I was making).

After my many years of living in PNG,  I will never, ever take for granted walking into a massive grocery store and being able to get anything and everything I could ever need!
